BBQ Ranch Taco Bites

  • 8-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 DOLE® Peaches, sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pkg. DOLE Chop Chop BBQ Ranch Salade Kit
  • 24 3-inch or 8 6-inch taco shells


  • Cut chicken into thin slices. Toss with peaches, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder and salt. Sauté in hot skillet until thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Set aside.
  • Toss together ingredients from salad kit. Combine salad with chicken and peaches and spoon into taco shells and serve.
