Ingredients

  • 1 canister (13.8 oz. / 391 g) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) bottled barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (225 g) cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) thinly sliced DOLE® Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. (14.4 oz. / 408 g) DOLE® Chop Chop BBQ Ranch Salade Kit
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, as needed

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake pizza crust according to package directions.
  • Combine barbecue sauce and mayonnaise; spread over cooled crust. Scatter chicken and onion over sauce. Top with cheeses.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is lightly browned.
  • Combine salad kit ingredients in bowl, reserving the tortilla strips. Cut pizza in 8 slices and spoon salad over each slice.  Garnish with reserved tortilla strips and chopped cilantro.
