Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until beginning to brown and thoroughly cooked. Stir in barbecue sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Heat taco shells and tortillas to package directions; reserve. Heat refried beans according to package directions; reserve.
Combine salad kit ingredients in bowl. Assemble tacos by spreading 2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 mL) refried bean on each soft tortilla. Wrap the tortilla around the taco shell. Layer shredded cheese, ground chicken, and tossed salad in each prepared taco shell. Garnish with additional cheese, if desired.
