Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9.1 oz.) DOLE® Kale César™ Salade Kit
  • 2 oz. smoked salmon
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Combine salad and dressing in large bowl. Divide between 2 plates. Top each with smoked salmon, sliced eggs, capers, croutons and Parmesan from packets. Season with salt and ground black pepper, to taste.
