Festive Wrap with American Blend

  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (7 to 8 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, about 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup bottled salsa
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 8 low fat wraps, any variety or use large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled, and each half cut into eight slices
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) DOLE® American Blend


  • Combine beans, corn, chicken, and salsa in a medium bowl. Stir together sour cream, milk, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  • Warm each wrap in an ungreased skillet over medium heat until soft and pliable, 15 seconds each side.
  • Divide bean mixture between 8 wraps, spreading across the center of the wrap. Top each with 2 slices avocado and equal amounts of salad blend. Drizzle with sour cream, mixture. Fold wraps as you would a burrito tucking in the ends first, and then rolling.
