Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DOLE® Classic Romaine
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 DOLE Red Apples, cored and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz. boneless ham, thinly cut into 1-inch long strips, about 2 cups

Directions

  • Mix sour cream, vinegar, maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl.
  • Whisk in oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine salad blend, apples, pecans, and ham in a medium bowl.
  • Add dressing; toss to coat.
