Chili Mango Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups chopped mango, divided
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Combine 1/2 of the mango and remaining ingredients except cilantro in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Stir in cilantro and remaining mango chunks. Season to taste.
  • Toss with DOLE® Lettuces to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
  • Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
