1/2 cup Parmesan Italian or Italian salad dressing, divided
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1-1/2 cups frozen French green beans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) DOLE® Mediterranean Blend
1 orange, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
1 cup sliced red onion
2/3 cup (3 oz.) crumbled goat cheese
Pour 2 tablespoons salad dressing into small cup for chicken. Arrange chicken pieces on preheated grill or broiler pan. Brush with half salad dressing.
Broil chicken 4 inches from heat for about 6 minutes per side, turning once and brushing again with remaining 1 tablespoon dressing until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and cut into bite-sized strips.
Rinse green beans in cool water for 1 minute; drain well.
Toss together salad blend, chicken, beans, orange slices, onion and cheese in large bowl.
Pour remaining 1/3 cup dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat.
