Candice’s Asian-Inspired Salad with Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 to 5 oz.) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 pkg. DOLE® Asian Island Crunch™ Salad Kit
  • 3/4 cup DOLE Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Directions

  • Brush salmon with sweet and sour sauce.
  • Broil or grill salmon 8 to 10 minutes turning once or until desired doneness.
  • Combine all ingredients in salad kit except Sesame Ginger Dressing in large bowl.
  • Add raspberries, cranberries and mint. Toss with dressing.
  • Divide salad mixture on 4 large plates.
  • Arrange cooked salmon on each.
