Balsamic Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
  • Toss with DOLE® Classic Iceberg to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
  • Makes about 1 cup.
